Privacy and data handling

GrowWithHR uses company and workforce information to prepare a personalised advisory. Limited assessment progress may be stored in your browser so that you can resume the experience on the same device and browser.

When you request email delivery, the recipient details, assessment information required for the advisory, prepared report data and generated PDF are sent to the GrowWithHR backend. The backend validates the request and sends the advisory using the Gmail API.

• We collect only information needed to prepare and deliver the advisory.
• GrowWithHR does not currently maintain a dedicated assessment database, customer account or cloud-save service.
• Saved browser progress remains in the same browser until it is cleared, replaced or invalidated.
• Sent emails and PDF attachments may remain in the connected Gmail account according to that account's retention settings.
• We do not sell company assessment information.
• Do not enter confidential employee-level personal, medical, payroll, disciplinary or performance information.
• Any future database, CRM, document-storage, account, compliance-workspace or RAG-history feature will require updated privacy information and appropriate controls before release.

The product is designed around data minimisation, purpose limitation and transparency principles aligned to GDPR guidance and the European Commission data-protection framework .
