About GrowWithHR

GrowWithHR is a product of HRTechify, founded by Anurag Sinha.

HRTechify is an HR company focused on People • Technology • Growth. We bring together HR expertise, workplace insight and technology to explore better ways of managing people, organisations and work.

GrowWithHR is being built to help founders, executives and HR leaders turn company, compliance and organization questions into practical next actions with the reasoning kept visible.

The current public product focuses on two usable capabilities: Compliance Needs and Organization Structure. Additional intelligence modules are future product work rather than part of the current buyer promise.

GrowWithHR uses structured rules and governed research so a user can inspect the facts used, the GrowWithHR interpretation and the supporting source. The product does not rely on an anonymous AI answer as the authority for compliance applicability or organization-design findings.

Current release boundary: GrowWithHR remains a research-grade product. Compliance outputs are not legal certification. Organization Structure evaluates structural operating patterns and does not score individual employee capability.

Privacy and data handling

GrowWithHR uses the company and workforce information you provide to prepare the analysis you request. The points below explain what is stored, why it is stored and how deletion works. For the technical control summary, see Security & Data.

Progress on this device

Limited in-progress assessment data may be stored in your browser so you can continue on the same device and browser.

Reusable Company Workspace

After a completed GrowWithHR analysis, reusable company information is stored for six months from your latest completed analysis. Your Report ID and Workspace Recovery Code let you reuse that information in another GrowWithHR analysis and open the recovery-based My Reports workspace.

Secure cross-tab handoff

If you reuse Company DNA and open an analysis in a new browser tab, GrowWithHR may issue a short-lived, one-time opaque handoff token. The token is intended to transfer the recovered workspace without placing your Workspace Recovery Code in the URL. The handoff expires quickly and can be redeemed only once.

Deletion and reminders

GrowWithHR emails the workspace email address approximately seven days before the scheduled deletion date. On the scheduled date, reusable company information is deleted and a deletion-confirmation email is sent. You can also request earlier deletion from a recovered workspace.

The six-month period is a GrowWithHR product retention policy, not a statutory retention requirement.

What may remain

Downloaded reports remain with you. GrowWithHR may retain minimal non-content Report ID and operational records where needed for report identity, security, fraud prevention, system integrity or legal obligations. These records are separate from the reusable Company Workspace and are not intended to reconstruct the deleted company-data payload.

Email and report delivery

When you request email delivery, recipient details, information needed to prepare the report, report data and the generated PDF are processed by the GrowWithHR backend and Gmail API. Sent emails and attachments may remain in the connected Gmail account according to that account's retention settings.

Report download and delivery activity

When an Organization Structure report is downloaded or emailed, GrowWithHR may record or send HRTechifyed a minimal operational activity notice so report delivery can be supported and audited. This notice can include the report type, Report ID, company name and email where supplied, downloaded file name, framework/version, event type and time.

The internal activity notice is not intended to contain the structural findings or recommendation content. A failure to send this operational notice does not prevent a user from downloading the report.

What not to enter

Do not enter confidential employee-level medical, payroll, disciplinary, performance or other sensitive personal information into GrowWithHR. Keep your Workspace Recovery Code private.

  • We process information needed to provide the requested GrowWithHR analysis and continuity experience.
  • Reusable Company Workspace data is encrypted before database storage and is not intended to be directly accessible from the browser database client.
  • A Report ID by itself is not intended to unlock reusable company information.
  • We do not sell company assessment information.
  • Future private document or Company RAG features must follow the disclosed Company Workspace lifecycle before release.
