The orchestrator coordinates. Specialist engines decide.

It tracks completed analyses, reuses known company facts and recommends the next relevant engine. It does not override Organization, Compliance or Workforce & Capability decision rules.

Transparency standard: material findings should expose the company facts used, GrowWithHR rule ID, framework/source basis, assumptions or missing information, confidence level and what could change the result. AI may assist with interpretation and mapping, but does not silently create company facts or act as the final decision authority.

A later analysis should tell you what changed — not just generate another report.

The first confirmed assessment becomes a baseline. Later analyses can compare company facts and deterministic findings so the reason behind a changed recommendation remains visible.

How the loop works

  1. Complete a specialist analysis and create a confirmed company baseline.
  2. Return when strategy, workforce, locations, structure or other material facts change.
  3. Update only what changed.
  4. GrowWithHR compares the new facts and resulting findings against the prior baseline.

What Change Intelligence should distinguish

  • Company-fact change: the company changed.
  • Finding change: the same rule now produces a different result.
  • Methodology change: a rule/framework version changed.
  • Information change: a previous unknown became known, or vice versa.

This distinction prevents a new report from looking different without explaining why.
