Readers can browse without an account. CorporateX uses email-and-password authentication for My Space and contributor features. Supabase Auth handles account credentials. Your email is not displayed with published stories, saves, follows, questions or responses.

CorporateX stores the chosen ending, Story Beats, broad workplace context and moderation status after submission. Only moderator-approved public fields appear in Stories. Private email, private source records and moderator-only data are excluded from public story output.

A new account may receive a CorporateX email to confirm the address entered. It is an account-confirmation step, not a magic-link sign-in flow. Future sign-in uses email and password.
After submission, the contributor may receive a receipt and HRTechify receives a review notification. If moderation approves publication, CorporateX sends the contributor a publication email. Full private Story Beat text is not intentionally copied into those notification emails.

CorporateX checks for basic contact-detail indicators and a narrow set of direct slurs, targeted abuse, threats, violent expressions and self-harm expressions. The safety screen does not defend employers from criticism, score whether a story is positive or negative, or replace review.
GitHub Pages serves the public CorporateX frontend. Supabase provides authentication, database storage and trusted backend functions. CorporateX does not currently publish an automatic retention period for account records, Saved/Following, submissions or moderated Q&A.

You can remove Saved or Following relationships, track submissions in My Space, recover your password, and permanently delete a story you own. Story deletion requires confirmation because deleted data cannot be retrieved.
